Inshell Hazelnuts
Origin: Turkey
Process: Remove green external hulls from harvested hazelnuts, dry under sunlight
Consumption:Can be consumed as a snack
Size: 14-16mm, 16-18mm, 18-20mm, 20-22mm or according to customer specifications.
Natural Hazelnut Kernels
Origin: Turkey
Process: Separate hazelnut kernels from shells without removing skin.
Consumption: Can be consumed as a snack.
Size: 14-16mm, 16-18mm, 18-20mm, 20-22mm or according to customer specifications.
Blanched Hazelnut Kernels
Origin: Turkey
Process: Roast hazelnut kernels to within 3-5%moisture content, remove skin.
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products.
Size: 9-11mm, 11-13mm, 13-15mm or from 9mm to 15mm with 1 or 2 mm size differences.
Roasted Hazelnut Kernels
Origin: Turkey
Process: Roast kernels as per customer specification, remove skin.
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products, or consumed as a snack.
Size: 9-11mm, 11-13mm, 13-15mm or from 9mm to 15mm with 1 or 2 mm size differences.

Diced Hazelnuts
Origin: Turkey
Process: Blanche hazelnut kernels to within 3-5%moisture content, natural kernels to within 4-6% moisture content and roasted kernels to within 0.8-3%moisture content, select and dice hazelnut kernels with dicing machines calibrated to customer specifications.
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products.
Size: In any desired size between 0-12mm such as 0-4mm, 1-3mm, 2-4mm, 3-5mm, 4-6mm, 4-8mm, 5-11mm, 7-11mm, 8-12mm.
Sliced Hazelnuts
Origin: Turkey
Process: Blanche hazelnut kernels to within 3-5%moisture content, natural kernels to within 4-6% moisture content and roasted kernels to within 0.8-3%moisture content, slice with slicing machines calibrated to customer specifications.
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products.
Size: In any desired thickness from 0.7mm to 3mm.

Hazelnut Meal
Origin: Turkey
Process: Light, medium or dark roast whole hazelnut kernels are converted into meal with crushers, blenders and screens calibrated to customer specifications.
Consumption: Used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products.
Size: 20-80 micron (according to customer specifications).
Hazelnut Paste
Origin: Turkey
Process: Light, medium or dark roasted hazelnut kernels are pasted with crushers, blenders and screens calibrated according to customer specifications.
Consumption: It is used as a raw material for confectionary, ice-cream, chocolate, bakery and pastry products.
Size: 20-80 micron (according to customer specifications).
