Institutional Carbon Footprint calculations are the definition of greenhouse gas emissions, which are the result of all activities of an institution and cause the acceleration of the global warming process, in terms of carbon dioxide equivalent.

As of 2011, when it started its activities, our institution has broken new ground among hazelnut cracking and processing facilities in Turkey, and calculates the impact of its corporate activities on climate change with myclimate Turkey. Within the scope of this project, as NOOR Fındık, we determine our corporate carbon footprint on a quarterly basis.

By communicating the project results to all our suppliers, especially our employees, we aim to set targets in order to reduce our carbon footprint as of 2013 and to show the necessary effort to fulfill our duty as an institution in order to ensure environmental sustainability.
